Hello there. I'm Jacob, and I'm an unapologetic nerd looking for a new role in UX or digital design. My career so far has largely been focused in Higher Ed, Healthcare and non-tangible products. These verticals have taught me to learn and appreciate the customer journey, and to always be optimizing for best results.

I do my best work at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and data-driven decision-making. I am passionate about building scalable user experiences through strategic, system-level thinking.

I love dogs, Dungeons and Dragons, and am a wannabe boat person.
