After becoming the lone digital designer, I was able to identify an opportunity to create some process efficiencies that enabled me to control a sustainable work load. By differentiating between “high-volume” and “high-impact” projects, I could make sure our communications were branded while still allowing ample time for significant projects.
Creating and managing various email templates and email headers cut the turnaround time for email design projects from 3- 5 days to about 2-4 hours.
